Shipping prices vary depending on the weight of the product. Our default shipping carrier is USPS with tracking information.
If you want express shipping, you must select it at check-out(remember however, that we only have control over our production time and not control over USPS)
If an item measures 16” or larger, it can only be shipped by ground.
RETURNS - Standard Items
If you purchased an item with no custom options, you may return the item for a refund only(minus shipping charges) if it meets the following guidelines:
* Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the date received(Note all packages are shipped with tracking information).
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURNS - Personalized/Customized Items
*If an item is a personalized/custom item it cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
However, if you are unhappy or have any questions/concerns about your item, please feel free to contact us.
*Contact us if you would like to cancel a custom order.
If we have not started your order you may be issued a refund.
If we have started your order no refund/credit will be issued.
*If an item is incorrect:
If the mistake was made by us, we will remake the item free of charge
if the mistake was made by the customer, the item cannot be refunded or exchanged (however, contact us and we will see if we can fix it or work with you to determine the best solution)
*Any items sold at a discounted, sale or promotional price can not be returned or refunded.
*Any items deemed by customer to be damaged or broken, contact us and provide photos of the damaged item. After review and discussion, we will work with you to determine the best solution.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Form (RMF). After receiving the form, print it out and place it with the item in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
