This business originated in 1995 as "Four Corners Artists", a gallery and studio located in the basement of a building on 5th Avenue in Naperville, Illinois. It grew over the years, relocated, and the name was changed but the philosophy of the owners remains the same. "We understand art, we live art, art is our passion".
This retail business provided services to it's local community since 1995 and Colleen Macomber and Diane Warren reached a time of closure, that is the closing of the bricks and mortar storefront in 2011. Even though Gallery Trio is no longer a business open to the public, they are not gone. Their lifelong passions in art encourages them to remain creative and pursue their interest in paintings, photography and abstract art designs. The art created from their life experiences is reproduced on tiles and cell phone covers.
And now for the rest of the story: Diane relocated with her husband and son to Naperville in 1987 where Diane returned to school, painting and studying art. She exhibited her paintings at art leagues and in local shows. Colleen moved to Naperville with her husband and three children in 1992... and always involved in creative and artistic endeavors she studied and practiced many art processes. Diane became co-owner of the business in 1998 after exhibiting her artwork in the gallery for a time. Colleen and Diane met through the gallery in 1999 when Colleen began exhibiting her artwork in the gallery and having many common interests became best friends. In 2001 Colleen became a co-owner of the business. Gallery Trio was created out of this friendship and artistic passion.
Their goal is to share a bit of their passion... art.
